Our abrasive wheel train the trainer course takes place over a full day. In particular it is aimed at individuals who wish to train their own staff in the safe use of abrasive wheels and incorporates the half day BAF accredited abrasive wheel operator course.

Who Should Attend our Train The Trainer Course?

The Abrasive Wheel Train the Trainer course is designed for staff members who have already had some formal instruction or training qualification. This can include instructors/trainers, managers, supervisors, team leaders etc.

This course does not cover methods of instruction training, and anybody wishing to attend should already be delivering training courses.

Please note that this course is only available to companies or organisations who wish to train their own staff. It is not available to anyone who wishes to provide abrasive wheel training on a commercial basis.

Train The Trainer Requirements

This abrasive wheel train the trainer course is suited for a maximum of 6 trainees. It can be conducted on any site that has suitable facilities (power and seating).

The practical element of the training will be conducted using the customer’s equipment where possible, and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the equipment is suitable for its intended use. It is essential that the equipment is properly maintained and that all trainees are in possession of the correct PPE for the type of machine that they will operate.

On completion of the course you will receive a BAF operator accredited certificate of attendance, a TTS Instructor Certificate, an individual training record (to provide proof of training) and a comprehensive set of BAF approved course notes for each trainee. In addition to this you receive an Instructor Resource Pack which includes everything you require to run your own course.

Certification

You will receive a certificate of attendance on completion of the course (which is emailed in a PDF format), as well as an individual training record (to provide proof of training) and a comprehensive set of course notes for each trainee.
