Abrasive Wheel Train The Trainer Open Course

Our abrasive wheel train the trainer open course takes place over a full day at one of our training venues in North Yorkshire. It is aimed at individuals who wish to train their own staff in the safe use of abrasive wheels.

We are changing the way that we deliver our abrasive wheel train the trainer courses:

Due to the coronavirus we have had to make significant changes in how we conduct abrasive wheel training.

Further to conducting training and RPE testing for the NHS during the coronavirus pandemic and following guidance from the Health and Safety Executive, the following measures will help us to minimise the risk of contamination whilst still delivering the highest quality service.

The training will be conducted at our training centre in North Yorkshire but in a group of a maximum of 4 people.

The practical training will include: wheel changes, dressing of the wheels where required and an operator competency assessment.

Training and Testing Services offer Abrasive Wheel Train the Trainer Open Courses. These specialist, full day courses have been developed to provide training to in-house instructors/trainers; enabling them to provide accurate, up-to-date and fully compliant abrasive wheel training to your own staff.

Included in the course is an instructor pack which contains everything that you need (PowerPoint presentations, handouts, certificate template, training records & more) to run your own abrasive wheel courses.
