The first of it’s kind in our industry. Mobile TTS is a bespoke mobile face fit testing centre. Self powered and capable of conducting up to 50 tests per day. Our unit is perfect for high volume face fit testing.
Launched in March 2021 our mobile respirator testing unit was used at the height of the covid pandemic at several NHS hospitals. Assisting with the massive task of face fit testing hundreds of NHS staff.
Since it’s first use our unit has seen high volumes of people pass through the doors for their face fit tests. Various industries would benefit from this unit. Customers who have used this facility include one of the UK’s largest utilities companies.

The main benefits include:
- Onboard generator, you don’t have to supply us with power.
- Heated and air conditioned unit.
- We train or test your staff, on your site, with minimum disruption.
- Capable of conducting up to 50 face fit tests a day using 2 face fit testers.
- Any of our training courses can be conducted onboard for up to 8 trainees.
- We will cover almost anywhere in Mainland UK, our team will travel to you (some geographical restrictions apply).
Why Use Mobile TTS
If you have a large workforce to face fit test this can be a costly exercise. Not only to get the teams tested, but also the time it takes to conduct each test. Our solution to this is the ability to conduct multiple tests. We are currently 1 of only 2 companies in the UK who are accredited to conduct dual testing. Whilst this won’t double the numbers we can test in day, it does increase it. With 2 testers on board Mobile TTS we can comfortably conduct 50 tests a day. This is considerably more than a standard face fit tester. Not only will this save you money but it will also save you time.
In addition to this, we have years of experience delivering large scale face fit testing projects. We have been responsible for introducing a high volume face fit testing programme for a number of NHS hospitals. We have also been responsible for implementing a nationwide face fit testing programme for the largest UK utilities company.
